From the obtained mixture is obtained some rolls that will be then divided in many little rolls of approximately 20 grams each. These are the macaroons in their first phase, their spirit is moulded with patience from expert hands, fundamental for the optimal result of this sweet. The mixture, rolled up in the sugar from sure hand, makes it possible to conserve good external friability. Finished the baking, the macaroons of Mombaruzzo Moriondo Virginio exhale their typical fragrance, emblem and a reason of pride for all the village. |
